few months ago,

 the patient started to complain that he started to feel some pain, but we were not done yet.. dr R and dr A just put some materials to strengthen his abdominal muscle..it almost 2 hours,.there's still some procedure to be done but, the anesthesia started to wear off , so we need to be hurry.

the procedure usually do not exceed 2 hours, 
(*mungkin sebab doctor ambik masa ajar kami kot.. erk...

so, that's why la jadi lama..T_T.. *)

we were so sorry, pakcik..
but alhamdullillah, 
at the end,
we managed to finish it..
